I had an amazing experience in the Romford branch, with Dr Vishal Nayak and his team, they were a group of really nice people who made me feel at ease throughout the day, kept making sure I was ok, had everything I needed and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. The surgery itself went well without any problems no with no pain at all, the only thing that hurt was the anaesthetic injection so be prepared for that but everything else was good. they provided me with lunch and just the small things like letting me know if the planned finish time was going to be sooner so I could let the people picking me up know. I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely group of people to look after me for the day. Dr nayak answered all my question and made me feel at ease with all my concerns.
