My husband went for a hair transplant and paid the deposit £1250. Attended and couldn’t have the procedure because of high blood pressure he was unaware of. Went away for 6 months and got it under control with medication and attended again. This time they took the further £1000 payment prior to checking his blood pressure. Blood pressure went to high again and they have since refused to refund the £2250. It has cost my husband £300 each time to attend with trains and hotels and going up again for a third time when his blood pressure won’t settle is pointless and expensive. Numerous emails back and fore and the clinic are not interested and don’t care about taking money. After months. They offered £200 which is obviously not acceptable
