I paid £2,000 deposit back in May I had my appointment booked in 6/6/2024 after traveling all the way to London and meeting the surgeon I was told i never had enough hair to go ahead with!! after a video consultation I was told yes i did so a waist of time. I asked for my deposit back they said it take 10 days But no refund. i was then told to grow my beard and chest hair as they think they can use that, so this took another month only to be played again. I asked for my refund from who was supposedly my consultant Rob who's number is now not working!! i have 4 different numbers with this company none of which pick up. It is now 24/7/2024 and still no refund and they are using all sorts of excuses like we are only the medical team we cant give refunds or your consultant is away so we cant give refunds
