I went to hair growth centre in 28/10/2021 for hair loss consultancy. After evaluating my hair condition I was told that I will need to do hair transparent to enable they fill up the areas that are not growing well. However, I agreed with them because I wanted my hair to look good. We agreed on the price which is £2000. They told me to deposit some money to enable them start the process, also that once I deposit ed money they I will give me threatening date, so I deposited £500 to them, but I never get a date. I asked for refund I was told that I will not a refund that the money I deposited agreement that I sign. I am appealing to them to refund the £500 which I deposited to them. JAMES
