I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I found the experience to be so positive I needed to. I had my hair transplant in October 2023, as most people who carry out this surgery it can be quite daunting at first, not sure if you should go ahead, what the side affects may be and importantly what the results will be like. The consult was very clear and concise which I did in person. I then was given a number that I could use to message if I had any further questions, which I used a fair bit (because you always remember things you wanted to ask!). Eventually I decided to go with HGC, Romford. The day of the surgery started with an early morning consult with Dr Nayak where we agreed the hairline before meeting the team that would begin the process of harvesting the hair from the donor area. This stage lasted around 3 hours, starting with local anaesthetic being injected into the area. Next Dr arrived to make all the incisions which took around an hour, then We broke for a quick lunch follows by an afternoon of implanting. Hajara and Merin were both amazing, we listened to music and she explained the process as they were going along. Overall the experience was relatively pain free, clean environment and great bedside manner from the team. 6 months on the results really are incredible. I met with the doctor today and gave him my personal feedback and I’d definately recommend this place for anyone thinking about this procedure. Good luck!
