Biggest mistake of my life. I had my transplant in the summer of 2022 and right now it looks like I had it done last week. I don’t even know where to begin. The process alone is painful as hell and to this day 20 months on the scabs from the injections are still there and hurting. Every aftercare procedure followed. Absolutely minimal growth in the transplanted area and theres a very noticeable patch in the donor area aswell. During the surgery the doctor that’s supposed to be doing it isn’t even there!!!!! You see him for max 20 minutes and the rest is done by a bunch of people you’ve never met or know you’re getting into bed with. Was told time and time again to “Apply minoxidl and wait” but Minoxidil shouldn’t have to be used if the “medical professionals” had done their job properly. I’m not even the type of person to do this and I honestly tried to be patient and professional but these people have messed my confidence up so bad I couldn’t explain if I tried. I’m enraged at how I’m £2350 down and they’ve managed to make my hair look worse than it did to begin with. Now I’ll be doing what I should have done the first time and head to Turkey to correct the mess these people have made. If you’re a black person or any person for that matter looking to get a hair transplant please run for the hills away from this place because you’ll end up with people you didn’t agree to operating on you and paying someone else more money to fix the shambolic results.👍🏾
