Hi , please avoid at all cost!!!. It’s been 2 years now & 2 hair transplants, from start to finish, it has been a nightmare. Firstly I book to have it done by dr Shuaib Mir, on 4th of January 2022 , the day before I was booked in , having no instructions on pre operation at 5 o’clock I had to ring up to see what was going on, only to be told they had double booked , & now going to maidevale to have it done by dr zakar Rafiq. I paid for 2 hair transplants that would be 2500 grafts each transplant. I recon I’ve had less than 1500 grafts in two transplants. After 2 years I have huge gaps between each hair follicle & u can tale that it’s nowhere near a good job!!!. U can tale I’ve had a very bad job. So after 12months I went back to see DR ZAKAR RAFIQ for my 1 year review, I told him I was not happy at all, & feel ripped right off!!! To which he fed me a load of lies , & said it will get better in the next 6 months & to come back, & he booked me in!!!So I was booked to come back, AGAIN a day before due to come back , I rang up , to which I was told DR ZAKAR RAFIQ does not work tomorrow, so he booked me in noing that he was not going to be there anyway, so nice lady at reception I spoke to said we’re re book , so I booked in for the 4th of January exactly 2 years till the day when had first transplant. AGAIN no emails or nothing!!!.This company is absolute joke DR ZAKAR RAFIQ is absolute joke!!! I’m now taking it in my own hands , like getting in touch with the newspapers to let everyone no they are a RIP OFF , & please go to Turkey!!!.
