Absolute joke of a company I’ve had 2 hair transplants here in the past 4 years, I Didn’t have a clue what to do about my hair and I came to this company hoping that they would fix my problem as i was very thin on top. They mislead me very much charged me £6,000 and my hair still patchy, I’ve joined a hair restoration place in hope to get my hair back which cost me another £2,000 and it looks likeIt is working at the moment, the hair restoration company told me that I should not have had the PRP injection straight after surgery aswel which “hair growth centre” did on my second hair transplant with them, but on my first transplant they told me I needed to have it done straight after I’d just had the procedure which would have cost me another £600 and after going through the pain I was going through I didn’t do it which they now blame me for my hair not growing. I am very depressed about this so make sure you look into different places and please do not go through this company, I’ve told them it’s not worked and all they said was they would give me a free top up which to me shows that they know it hasn’t worked. They must think and hair transplant is just a haircut or something but it’s really not it’s very painful and then months after you have to be very careful the way you sleep and everything, please please do not go to this company, they could have said to me before my first hair transplant that I would need a lot more work than just 1 procedure they didn’t tell me that and there the ones that know all about it they didn’t do that because they wouldn’t have got there money then, I don’t know what more I could have done I’ve tried so hard and been through so much pain while having the procedure it’s just a joke. Also if you look at the company reviews theres not that many that say it’s a good result the hair transplant, just the friendliness and how helpful the staff are, they will be friendly if there robbing you!! The biggest scam I’ve come across ever!! I’ve asked for my money back several times instead of the free top up they offered which would come to 3 hair transplants by this company if I was to go ahead with it. I would have rather had been bold then go through what I have with this company and I am now trying to put a claim against them.
