This Company has put me through the most traumatic day to day experience i have ever experienced.To start , i signed a lifetime guarantee contract on the grafts I’ve received two years ago for +2000 grafts .after my payment was taken then and only then did i actually get a face to face with the doctor Mirza who in fact after sat me down and passively explained i was going receive whatever it is was going to receive. I went back to the company and explained my grievance , the patches in my head which looks like someone one was ripping bubble gum out of my hair, asked for the contract, contract was never to be found. I was given a polite run around from the administration and completely ignored from then on. the moment my payment was taken and i seen the doctor i was treated like a test toy with students injecting and shaving my head. i had a student plucking on my head for 2 hours while on other one was offering to sell me the plasma shots to stimulate my hair growth🤕My doctor only came towards the end and finished my hairline . two years later i’ve been left with horrendous gaps and uncoverable spots on my head . i have to keep my scalp covered from the sun for long periods to prevent the heat from irritating. not to mention the only grafts that where successful where the few actually done my the doctor.i returned numerous times to the birmingham clinic which the consultant there agreed remedial work was need.just to be politely walked out the door. The administration booked a telephone consultation with the doctor and sent me on my way to ignore any further communication from myself. i’ve sat and watched the dreadful reviews that get poured in, in hindsight but like the others i was completely fooled by the flooded fakes reviews and the trust in the staff. having gone through this process i hope anybody who’s looking rewards themselves, give themselves that chance to be physically comfortable and confident in themselves , dint get ripped off guy these professional scammers. it’s just bad practice of hurting people on a physical and emotional level . I’ve been scarred and by this company and they have no intentions of honouring anything they’ve promised . Please anyone reading this please take the time to read thoroughly all the comments before you get sold a nightmare like myself 🙏🏽
