I have been guaranteed by Birmingham clinic when i had my consultation before transplant that i will get 3000 grafts and actually they implanted only 1600 grafts.When I complained about implanting less grafts, they said that now i have to wait whole year to see the full process and if the hairs not gonna look thick and good they will top up the rest for free.Now after a year the result looks very bad and weird. Instead of accepting their fault now they are asking me to do another hair transplant with them.I advise everyone to do more search before having hair transplant with them. They ask you to choose your surgeon before hair transplant but you only gonna see your surgeon before hair transplant to sign a paperwork and then you will see him on end of the day. Rest of the procedure is done by the unprofessional and unknown people. End of the day they push you too much to give them a 5 star review which is totally wrong.I did 2 years search before having my hair transplant and i still ended up in wrong hands. I had good faith and trust on them, but they still scammed me implanting less grafts.
