If you complain or say anything against what they want you to believe, they will begin a process of distancing themselves or "for lack of a better term fobbing you off". Most doctors in the practice are part time with not a lot of experience in the field. To make it worse the people who will be inserting the grafts are even less experience and are not doctors or medically qualified. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and do your due diligence before you pick a Hair transplant clinic. I will be paying £3000 to do with another clinic what these scam artists promised they can do.
