The company misleads and will sell you their services with false promises. I was told by their employee Hamza from the Manchester branch that the procedure is not painful and so comfortable that I would be able to read books and watch movies whilst the procedure is taking place. Little did I know when they started injected big needles into my head and eyebrows to num the pain. After 10 injections I asked Dr Munir how many more will I need and his reply was as many as you need. I lost count after 10. The procedure is extremely painful and the after care is even worse. You are advised not to sleep with your head touching your pillow for 2 weeks in order for the folecules to become stronger. The results are very poor and no one will show you the results on the top of your head which is called the crown area. However the front area is not too bad. Dr Munir tried to sell me some further treatment for discounted price of £700 which were more injections into my head for better results after 10 hours of surgery. I would strongly advise that do your own research and do not go of the video reviews shown by the clinic. It's better to go to a reputable company in Turkey than have the surgery done by random people on the day. Dr Munir has very little input and most work is done by his assistants. Hope this helps anyone that is thinking of having hair transplant done and want to use this company.After posting the above review I had a phone call from Dr Munir wanting pictures of my results. Only to come back with negative comments and failing to reply back when I questioned him further. In his phone call to me, he kept on saying how the service has improved. I don't understand how that is relevant to me in any way what so ever as that will not impact on my hair surgery. Right fully speaking I shouldve been given a full refund along with compensation for having a member of staff in the name of Hamza giving false information about the whole procedure. Only thing Dr Munir said as a result of that Hamza no longer with the company. Dr Munir do I care? Very incompetent and unprofessional service.Since posting my review, the company tried to remove my review by stating I have never been their customer but luckily I had proof of using their services that I had to send to trust pilot in order for them not to remove this review.
