Had a top-up and repair surgery with Dr Shuiab and his team today. Personal concerns were addressed with my preferences taken into account. As it was a smaller and shorter procedure, the work was complete within 3 hours. In this sense I have no complaints. Dr Shuiab marked out the donor and recipient areas as well as creating the transplant incisions. Technicians carried out rest of the work including extraction. Only thing I would suggest is that the technician staff could be more thorough and diligent with their work. It seems like they forget the brief at times and need to be reminded with instructions. Not being kept in the know about what is going on during the procedure is a letdown also as it would be good to see step-by-step progress updates in a mirror rather than just a few photos from the technician's phone at the end when not everything is obvious after having been stationary and eyes covered for hours
