These people are absolute FRAUDS. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!I had damage to my mid-scalp after a hair transplant and one of their trichologists Rob advised me to pay for a miniumum of 3 PRP treatments (£750) to heal the area and promised hair would grow back in the area.After the 1st treatment, I found out that the damaged area was actually Necrosis which is an incurable damage to the scalp.Rob knew that the issue could not be treated with PRP, but refused to mention this in the initial consultation as he was more focused on making a sale.So I asked for a refund from their ANONYMOUS 'Management team' and the management team has for weeks argued with me that that Rob must have told me that that the PRP would not have solved the problem. Why would a customer pay for a treatment that won't work!???Moreover they are REFUSING to give me a refund for even the treatments I haven't gone for!After weeks of back and forth via email with the 'management team', they said they would pay back £500 after making me sign a settlement agreement, but they have probably realised now that I will be giving a bad review regardless and so have chosen to steal the money instead as they have gone missing for almost 2 weeks. PLEASE BE WARNED. Their 'Management team' is ANONYMOUS.God knows who is behind that screen, but one thing I know is that I was Scammed.
