The staff were all fantastic and everything was in time. Dr Rafiq and his team were all professional, caring and knowledgeable. I was very scared but the staff reassured me and very understanding, they took their time and explained all the procedures. After the procedure I felt a bit unwell, the doctor and their team came to check me and gave me the best care that I needed. I was well informed about the Pre op procedure and explained to me verbally and given more post op information to take home. I was assured that I could phone them anytime for more infirmary whenever needed. I will recommend this clinic for a great experience. The procedure worths my money
