Good result with follow up team needing improvement. The 4 star is purely because I haven't seen the complete result yet which may come in 12 months time. I am six month in the surgery and I truly believe that no two surgery is every going to be the same. I had the surgery first week of April 2022 and for those of you who wish to go through the surgery, its not painless. If you can handle it, it's an uncomfortable pain after the anaesthetic is applied but the multiple injection of local anaesthetic initially applied is still going to be more than a little painful. However, the rest of the surgery as long as you can handle the initial bit is not so bad. I had two day surgery, one for the front and one of the crown. On the day before the surgery, Dr. Rafiq advised me on the best course of action and I had only initially planned for a crown FUE but he advised the front area to be done with a PRP treatment. I initially thought I was being conned into something more than I wished to get but his consultation was in hindsight good and I am glad I did it. I had other PRP treatment subsequently and the clinic was good enough to work around my schedule. I am seeing positive results in the front however, the crown is still taking time. The results are there around the crown area if compared to my previous appearance however, it is still not fully covered and you can still seen some skin. However, I have been advised that less blood is supplied to that region and often sees delayed results compared to other areas. The front is definitely more filled. I will be updating this review around the 12 months point to give my final opinion but I am happy that I got the surgery so far. The results at the moment has been promising. As far as the surgery goes, I am satisfied. However, around the administration side, things do require some improvement. The follow up team called for my 6 months picture and I sent these onwards. However, the same lady kept calling me to request the same information. What had happened was that she was trying to call the same person who had surgery on two different dates and had confused herself into thinking they were two different people with the same name. I found it slightly unprofessional that she couldn't check to see that the name, date of birth and mobile number belonging to the same person could not be two different people. Apart from this small mishap, everything else has been fine so far.
