Now that I am almost a year post-procedure, my experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. The results are still unsatisfactory, and despite expressing my concerns multiple times, I have received little to no meaningful follow-up. I provided feedback directly to the clinic and tried to engage constructively, but the two scheduled follow-up appointments never took place. Subsequent calls yielded no results, and I felt dismissed rather than supported. Aftercare is nonexistent. At this point, I am still waiting for a proper review of my case and a clear plan to address the outcome, which includes random bald patches and very thin, uneven hair. I am sharing this to provide an honest account of my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service at all. Very poor support.
