Let me off saying I’ve been a customer since the pandemic, 5 years! My hair grew! This is when it was JUST the oil & literally 10 ingredients before they expanded. Idk what has happened to this company! Their products have changed & disappeared with no warning or lettingLoyal customers know or any updates. I get excessive emails & texts for 60%& %70 off and it’s never 60 %or 70% off. I guess they ARE truly going out of business because all their products are randomly & cust services are gone. Shampoos, conditioners etc gone. No one has responded in all the forms of contact so I’m not ordering from them anymore. I’m sad to see a good company end on a negative note & hear others have had terrible experiences. I’ve always gotten my products & sometimes a little extra gift or company note. Never what many have expressed… China?!!If there was at LEAST contact etc it would be different. It feels like a divorce. But it’s time to move on. It was a good run untilIt wasn’t. There are other natural companies that have great customer service ladies.
