This company doesn’t care about delivering quality products to their customers because the products you receive are damaged or defective. On January 30, 2024 I ordered a 8 oz bottle of Chebe + Rice Water Leave-In Conditioner & an 8 oz bottle of Follicle Strengthening Chebe + Rice Water Shampoo. I thought I was going to get good quality products but instead received two bottles with damaged safety seals and the bottles partially filled. So I messaged custom support with the Hair Growth Company, told them what happened and requested a product return.A week later I received new products, but unfortunately these products were damaged too. The conditioner has a broken seal and this cosmetic product was leaking out of the bottle and the shampoo had undissolvable white sediments at the bottom of the bottle. I tried shaking it, but this didn’t help. I messaged customer support with Hair Growth Company but it doesn’t seem that they care because they never gave me a product return.
