I’m really let down by the checkout experience. After committing to the 400-dollar growband, I was immediately faced with a 290-something dollar "system/instruction package" that they claim is vital for unlocking the growband's capabilities. When I declined this offer, I was then given the chance to buy the same product online for 99 dollars. It clearly indicates that many who purchase the growband struggle because they don’t buy this extra "system." It’s frustrating to spend 400 dollars on a product only to be told it might not work without an additional 300. Just five minutes after placing my order, I feel quite disappointed after being so optimistic.
