If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Although she knew when I needed the wig, it was sent out the day before my special event which was stressful and I had to ask my mother in law to stay in at my sister in laws all day to receive it, although she had way over 2 weeks to make it (she requested 2 weeks for bespoke wig making). Craftsmanship was very poor. The cap and tracks were highly visible at either side of my temples which looked horrific. I couldn't cover it with hair from closure as very thin, despite using hot comb. I had to took the extra cap under to hide it which was uncomfortable. The HD lace closure was crap, black knots highly visible. Hair was very poor quality, felt synthetic and tangled up with every move. Reached out and after lots of back and forth of her basically making out the issues were my fault or I didn't know what I was talking about (I've been wearing wigs for over a decade), she asked me to send it back to her which I did but it was lost in the mail. Unfortunately if it was made well and better quality, i wouldn't have had to send it back in the first place, £450 down the drain. I then purchased a £120 wig off Amazon, bleached the knots myself and added some tracks, looks 10x better than what I received from this company. Wish I could upload photos it was a total mess. Don't waste your money guys.
