“I wore this about 2-3 weeks washed it once high quality product & purchased expensive anti frizz. Honesty it’s low quality and just looks dry, damaged, puffy & frizzy and nothing will change that I wasted my money on a wig I won’t wear.”
Upon arrival this looked beautiful. 2 days later I was wearing it and it got little damp and it frizzed up a little like the kind of hair that dries with a wave, no big deal. Over a week wearing it, it puffed up a little more and became more and more puffy and fizzy appearing dry and or damaged.. 😔
I had contacted Hairvivi immediately the very first week with PHOTOS asking for exchange, replacement or refund etc. But obviously the lace was cut and they wouldn’t so they offered me a coupon towards another one. They suggested THIS (dry damaged hair) was high quality hair just this hair type was Ukraine unlike the Honey option that is Brazilian and I should use some hair serums so I did.
I decided to keep giving them a chance - I purchased another one from them with the HONEY lace and the two are completely different and second one ALICE is excellent quality so I will write a separate review for that but it proved they wouldn’t replace the damaged one even if I stayed their customer.
For me it’s 50/50. No matter what type of hair is used, HIGH quality would last a year and would not look this way with wearing after a few days or 2 weeks. High quality would respond to anti frizz or serums and it looks awful and I sent PHOTOS but so what? I didn’t damage it. In the end, HAIRVIVI didn’t stand by their product although they did reply politely. I GAVE THEM EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT to replace the damaged hair and even purchased a 2nd wig. So if it’s good then great but if they send a damaged you are stuck with it. THEIR site wouldn’t allow me to attach images.
