Especially I have done the surgery when it was the earthquake last year, None of the managers sent a message to ask about you and how are you feeling, when you ask for their contact number, the customer service lady REFUSES to give the managers contact phone! ( Algerian calledTerrible accommodation, I meant to be in the beginning in a hotel they put me in a flat in one building facing the hotel I supposed to be in, to go for the breakfast I had to cross the street snowing, with my rhinoplasty just done with extreme cold outside in order to reach the hotel.After a week when they check on you in the doctor’s office, they try to make you pay for that appointment when everything should be included in the price, so they charged me extra money with the excuse of selling me something which will help with the surgery.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
