okay so give you a picture of this place.1. The translator was juggling multiple tasks in different rooms and not available for assessing beard lines (in and out room) . I witnessed what appeared to be poor coordination between staff and management regarding clients. 2. Female manager came in and did not speak English and changed the lines drawn by the technicians. with no translator available. Technicians were given word to begin work immediately. Translator came back in expressed concern over the lines to me prior to leaving. He said he had an argument with the manager about the situation 3. Had to spend a lot of money for a sudden return flight to Turkey as I was annoyed by the lack of symmetry which my family members are hadcommented on. Causing me to be shamed. 5. on last trip, time not accounted for flight properly not enough time left for after treatment. the washing after process and waiting around was long and wasteful. Driver did his best but far too late. Flight missed. 6. Was assured the hairs will grow in the spaces I was concerned about (on the new beard lines) and told all grafts were there. I also was unhappy how fake the one side looked as it did not match the style of the original side that looked natural. this new side had the outer line drawn first in a very detailed way and then a hollow line behind with incorrect spacing. This suggested the technicians were not being careful with hair placement or counting hairs well as once again they were playing loud music laughing and joking. This made me concerned at the time. 6. Expressed in review how I am unhappy with outcome due to negligence and very avoidable things. Money spent not only on return flights at 400£ for a round trip but also spent alot on shampoos serums and tablets which amounted to over 560£.I attempted to claim some money back for this shoddy service and was told was blame was on me for being dissatisfied.
