Some of you (Karen, Nicola) have expressed interest filing a claim. How do we do this? How can I contact you? We haven't heard back from Halcyon and we want to get something back from this "investment". I'll appreciate if you let me know who to contact before Feb. 28th. Any foreign investors require to file their claim by 28th February (I am in the process of doing this). I think there may be a slim chance of recovery ie 0% to 10% but the bottom line is that under French law, "failure to declare your claim = your claim is legally extinguished in the liquidation".
I invested in a partial ownership and was promised quarterly payments, but I haven't received any for a couple of years. It’s frustrating not knowing when they will resolve their financing and ownership issues. For years, they have cited the same problems preventing progress, and I am very disappointed.

This operation is fraudulent! The site has been deserted for years, lacking basic utilities. Legal actions have led to the liquidation of the establishment due to unpaid taxes and wages. They continue to fabricate stories to delay accountability. I've seen the reality firsthand and have photos to prove it.
Avoid investing with this entity! Numerous individuals have already fallen victim to their schemes. You can find articles online confirming that the establishment has ceased operations due to bankruptcy. Many reviews are fabricated, and I hope a class action is initiated against them for justice.
After years of waiting and following updates, I now believe this is a scam. A representative who used to communicate with me has apparently left, and I doubt the authenticity of the names involved. I feel deceived and will seek out other investors to unite.
I was approached by a director regarding my reviews, asking me to remove them without compensation. I invested in a property under construction over a year ago, but payments have ceased. Assurances of improvements have not materialized, and my emails have been ignored.
