If I could give zero stars I would. Went today to look to purchase a BMW X1 or X2. Went to reception desk and was ignored till the receptionist decided to give attention. Told her what we were after, She asked "New or Used"? we said used. She picks up the phone to ring someone. While the phone is ringing out, a guy comes over and asks if he can help. The receptionist looks up, rolls her eyes, sneers and says Used! at which point, he promptly turned on his heel and walked away.We are told to take a seat. After 20 minutes of waiting we walked out. As far as we are concerned they are, extremely rude, ageist (are pensioners not allowed to purchase BMW's??) and snobs. Do not bother with this garage. After being BMW drivers for many years, we will now return to Cheshire Oaks Audi garage where we were treated with respect.
