I dealt with Tait who took me through each stage of purchasing a used Mini which he arranged to be brought over from the North Wales branch. I arranged to go in for a test drive, then Tait sorted all the necessary paperwork in time for me to complete the purchase 6 days later (my choice for date of completion). He kept me informed with emails and phone calls, just the right amount of contact. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, explained everything, and answered all my questions. We sat in the car and he went through all the controls to ensure I was happy and understood how everything worked. I had traded in a much older Mini, so things had changed somewhat. I had also changed to automatic, so needed to get used to that too. I love my new Mini and look forward to driving it. I think that purchasing a car is a big deal and I will certainly remember the experience. It means a lot to have good, friendly service and all the staff who passed by Tait’s desk acknowledged me and had a smile or friendly word, again all credit to them too.
