Started using Hellofresh 4wks ago first box had over ripe veg bits of off cuts chicken which was meant to be breast very disappointed got some credit back skipped a week second box was again very disappointing veg again passed its best 2 breast of chicken had to be thrown out the smell was vile and I had to replace them tomatoes were mouldy again had to throw them out so I thought i had skipped a week but received email to say next box is on its way phoned up spoke to some customer service person who wouldn't give me time to speak i told him I didn't want the box gave it to me and credit me money by now I was fed up cancelled my account but left with box i don't want this is a disgusting company who don't care and give poor quality food stay well clear
