Surprising Charge on Apple Pay

I was charged $75 on Apple Pay for an unknown reason… thankfully, I didn't have enough funds to cover it. I only wanted to use the app for prayers and inspiration. I never intended to make any purchases, and this charge is concerning. I uninstalled the app. It seems you get charged for anything you view. I'm still unclear about what the attempted charge was for.

Unexplained Charges

I received a $75 charge on Apple Pay that I can't explain… luckily, my account didn't have enough funds to cover it. I was just looking for prayers and inspiration in the app. I never intended to make any purchases, and this charge is worrisome. I deleted the app. It appears you get billed for anything you browse. I'm still unsure what the charge was for.

Caution Required

I found the app very challenging to navigate and could never access the content I wanted. It feels like they used a popular name to attract users like me. Their customer support was unhelpful, and I have doubts about their legitimacy as a Christian organization. Proceed with caution!

Ongoing Charges After Free Trial

After my free trial ended, the company continued to charge me through my device since February 2024 (now it’s April 2025). I can't get them to stop. I haven’t received any receipts, and the website claims that a bank statement is not proof of a legitimate charge.

Misleading Free Version

I downloaded the app and selected the so-called 'free' version. However, as soon as I submitted it, I was prompted for payment information. I chose free because I dislike paid subscriptions. Every attempt to access the free version was interrupted by payment requests. I quickly uninstalled the app. If you claim it's free but require payment info, that’s misleading. Deceptive practices are wrong.
