Great product and value for money, but... 4 stars and not 5 due to the bizarre delivery experience. I received a call from the delivery guys at 06:40 informing me they were outside the property and had to deliver now. I received the delivery, but as my wife and daughters were just getting up I couldn't let them take the unit upstairs. It's an awkward unit to carry upstairs on one's own but not impossible, but would be quite a problem for many customers. Jon Marr.
