I bought a greenhouse with toughened glass and paid for installation. The initial setup looked great, but after the first rain, I noticed leaks. When I contacted customer support, I was told it was an entry-level model that leaks and was advised to fix it myself. I felt it was unreasonable to expect me to repair a brand-new product. Now, I have a leaking greenhouse and cannot use it properly. This experience has been disappointing and I feel the company does not stand behind their products.
