I made an order for two units of a hair loss spray and attempted to cancel it, but received no response. The order arrived, and after trying the product, I wanted to return it. They replied quickly but didn't respond when I tried to cancel. They refuse to accept the return and claim I’m beyond the 30-day return policy, even though it's just a day late. I believe this is a scam, as I was charged £103.95, which was more than I intended to spend.
