The order eventually arrived, so I decided to give it a try, but it didn't work for me. When I emailed them to initiate a return, they replied the same day, which is curious since they ignored my cancellation request. They are refusing to accept the return and won't issue a refund, claiming it was just over the 30-day return policy, although I believe it's only a day late. It feels like a scam, especially since my order totaled £103.95, which was more than I intended to spend, prompting my cancellation attempt.
