They are great at communicating during the sales process, but once the installation is complete, they become completely unreachable. You can’t get through to them because you always end up on voicemail, and they don’t respond to emails.I had an issue with my system and waited a month and a half for a promised electrician visit, which I only got after countless follow-ups. For context, their office is just 31 miles from my home, and they claimed to be a local company that’s “always there to help.” On the scheduled day, no one showed up. I waited all day, and they didn’t even call or send a simple message. Worse, I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now with no response—phones go unanswered, and emails are ignored. Matthew Stevens and Elizabeth Milligan, who were so active during the sale, have completely disappeared. Good luck with your business, guys.
