For context, their office is just 31 miles from my home, and they claimed to be a local company that’s “always there to help.” On the scheduled day, no one showed up. I waited all day, and they didn’t even call or send a simple message. Worse, I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now with no response—phones go unanswered, and emails are ignored. Matthew Stevens and Elizabeth Milligan, who were so active during the sale, have completely disappeared. Good luck with your business, guys.
