I just had the best customer support ever, so I'm writing a review about it. At first, the collar I had stopped working. It was within the limited warranty, and they upheld their end of the deal, and low and behold -- we got our probably refurbished but that's okay Halo Collar!Then -- gasp -- someone steals it. Someone literally stole it right off of my dog when I wasn't looking. Or, it fell off, and someone snatched it. I don't know. But someone else has it.So I'm thinking, I have to buy a new collar, right? And I'm looking into options, and then -- WABAM -- Halo Collar writes back that they will replace the stolen collar -- WITHOUT a catch!WABAM!Love the company. Hate the dude (or dudett) who stole my collar.
