This was my first time ever using a travel agency to assist with a trip. My agent Eric Gracia was fantastic to work with. He’s professional, and very efficient. He made sure my birthday trip was easy and stress free during my entire trip, and he checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Due to Eric‘s diligence, I felt at ease and comfortable as a first time solo traveler. He most definitely understood my assignments and followed through with all details and requests for my birthday trip.Every year I celebrate my birthday in another country, and by far this has been the best.
