Placed an order on the 19th December, the details are managed through the Shop app. We are in the Uk and the courier tracking number states that the item was delivered to ColoradoSprings USA. When we try to get an order update, neither the Shop app or the Halo site recognise the order despite us having a receipt and money having left the account. We have tried to contact them four or five times and they ignore both support requests through the site as well as emails. The only conclusion I can come to is this is a huge scam. Website looks great but unfortunately in my experience money is taken and false order and tracking details are provided.
