Kane was a very friendly young man and patient with an elderly couple making decisions (that we should have been informed about by the representative prior to purchase). It would have been helpful to know that morning that he wouldn't arrive until the afternoon, as I didn’t want to start something only to have to pause midway. Saying 'between 9am & 5pm' leaves us waiting to hear 30 minutes before arrival.
