Very Rude Owner!I used their online shopping service. Delivery charge was accurate to where I live and the fact it took only couple of days to get my order. Everything was nicely packed. Only thing was they sent me wrong item. When I contacted them regarding this matter Anish, the shop owner, replied very rudely. My approach was polite, only asked if I can get the thing I ordered. His attitude was one of the worst I ever experienced. At the end didn’t even bother replying to me. In my opinion they have quite big range of products, even though some of them are quite pricy. However, they definitely need to work on their customer service. Please note owners are not Czech! I am and I was very disappointed with the whole situation! Won’t be back!!!!
