The representative was patient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A thoughtful coffee break was included, and they dropped us off in the area we wanted to explore. Despite just meeting us, they made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Throughout the day, we discussed various aspects of living in the area, and there was a genuine interest in getting to know us. Overall, we had an excellent experience, felt well cared for, and would definitely recommend the service.
