I have been looking for a place to buy a whole jamon/paletilla of Iberico Pata Negra for a while, and after checking online, I decided to go and try Hamlovers.
Great decision, the paletilla arrived after two days of ordering it, sealed and with all the info about the animal/curing process. Also included a complimentary ham carving station, as well as a knife.
The quality of the product is excellent (Fermin), and it is really a Iberico Pata Negra. We have been carving it for a couple of days, and will store it cut and in vacuum (the humid weather is not good for long term air storage).
Will buy again, also the chorizo/salchichon I ordered on the side are great!
