Regrettably, I bought a second set of sheets from this retailer, which at first were fine, as I used them under a bedspread and did not lay on the. After a month or so I decided to use the sheets on the mattress and lay on them - big mistake! They developed bobbles where I had lain within a matter of weeks of being used and became unusable. I have purchased sheets from John Lewis and Bedfolk and have never had this problem before. I sent the items back to the retailer, but they refused to issue a refund and just sent the sheets back to me. I'm now out of pocket £300!
Don't be taken in by the supposed sales they advertise as these, so called discounts, are available all year round. I should have realized when I saw this what I was dealing with!
