Delivery was perfect and the rotary tool is great value for money but there were a few issues that were apparent when I first used the tool.Initially the chuck release was fused and was very difficult to unlock, I had to spray WD40 oil into the mechanism and carefully use multi grips to rotate the chuck release to get it to unlock.The tool then worked fine.I would also second another review that the default direction of rotation is incorrect, it rotates towards the user rather than away from the user so a direction change is always needed when first using the tool.
