We have been with Handepay for over 3 years and have been pleased with the service.We recently changed our bank account which I thought would be a straightforward process to change our direct debits and credits with Evo Payments.However this was not the case,Evo Payments required information which was submitted via their Bot which took 3 - 5 days to respond and then asked for something else.I finally contacted Handepay and spoke to Jennifer Smith who was incredibly helpful and managed to sort everything out in a couple of days.She kept me informed throughout the process and I can't thank her enough for the stress she saved me.Would definitely recommend Handepay.I wish Evo Payments would take a few lessons on customer support from them.
