Avoid at all costs. Notified us that the terminal we were paying for could no longer be supported, but if we wanted to continue getting support we would have to sign a new contract. As we decided to go to another provider, I gave 3 months notice, only to be informed that any cancellation of contract must be given 3 months prior to renewal date or i would be tied into a 12 month period. So even though they can't provide the service, I am having to pay for 6 more months rental of a terminal that doesnt work.
