As we decided to go to another provider, I gave 3 months notice, only to be informed that any cancellation of contract must be given 3 months prior to renewal date or i would be tied into a 12 month period. So even though they can't provide the service, I am having to pay for 6 more months rental of a terminal that doesnt work.
