Constant issues with the e-commerce integration (weekly basis) which loses a lot of sales. Took 2 weeks back and forth just for them to start looking into the issue, which we then had to pay our own developers to fix their own terrible integration. There is no technical support over the phone, every inquiry just gets put to an email anyways (which takes days), and when they say they will call back they never do. Definitely avoid it if you can't afford to lose out on sales days on end.Also, be cautious of some of these reviews, they are all accounts with 1 review, all same country, and the same copy-paste "(name) did a good job yes...". Verified means nothing when the company puts in its own reviews and verifies its own reviews.
