Paul explained all fee's to me and savings I could make if I started using them as well as the fact that they would buy me out of my old contract. Card machine arrived 4 days after I signed up and then Paul came and set it all up for me. Since I changed I haven't had any problems and if I did i know Paul is at the end of the phone.Great service would recommend them
