Card machine turned up in good time, account set up promptly. Should have been plug in and use straight away, but had to ring support as the settings were incorrect, so couldn't accept any payments. Also specifically asked for AMEX to be blocked, I was told this would be done right away, however had to chase them up a week later to get it done. I then received an email to tell me it had been done and instructions of how to update my machine to complete the process. Instructions didn't work, now have to wait for support to ring.
