I was approached with an offer "if we can’t save you money, we’ll give you £1,000!"I provided all the information, monthly accounts for existing providers and the resulting offer saved a very small amount on transactions fees (single £s) but the handset rental was dearer, so my monthly costs would actually be higher. Despite numerous emails, they have not paid the £1000, nor even had the courtesy to reply to chasing emails.So if you are approached by Handepay, don't bother as they seem unable to keep to their promises and ignore emails.
