Generally a very good service, easy to switch but...Pay special attention to the cash back offer and don't just skim read the info cos it's not as straight forward as they lead you to believe. I doubt you get the full £375 promised, given that you need to submit your final invoices (or a quote.. I wish I had fully taken that in) and I foolishly spent so long collecting and awaiting our final invoices to arrive from our existing supplier (still haven't got them all) that I didn't process the claim within the allotted time frame. So for three months I've actually paid for card transaction services twice. Doh! I realise that this is my fault for not reading the blurb properly but it is not what I was lead to believe by the sales man ('You get £375 for switching!!') so that is why I've dropped a star. Otherwise we're happy to have made the switch and are sure that we'll make up the lost fees eventually from saving on the monthly fees - Which are cheaper!And we referred another business and got £50 cash back from that so that helps. The salesman was otherwise, very helpful and persistent and made sure everything happened as it should. And continues to be so. :)
